Not unexpected:): Cerazette is a progesterone-only pill, known as mini-pill, seemingly offered in the UK. It is not uncommon for spotting/bleeding to occur between periods, especially in the first few cycles on these pills, especially a small amount such as you describe. It is not thought to diminish the contraceptive effectiveness of this oral contraceptive. Continue taking it as prescribed. Good wishes:)
