Round ligaments: if the pain is worse with movement or positional changes, then the labia pain is likely round ligament pain. Round ligaments are ligaments that run from near the top of the uterus down to your labia, and look a bit like suspenders. As your uterus grows in the second trimester, those ligaments will get stretched, especially while walking or changing positions. Round ligament pain is not dangerous.
