Many possible: Sperm count is too low, sperm don't get thru the cervix, Fallopian tubes are blocked or abnormal, egg is abnormal or bad, sperm fails to fertilize egg, egg fertilizes but embryo is unhealthy/abnormal, embryo fails to implant. Others too, hope this helps!
