Not sure: If this is truly related to your sexual activity, though it very well could be. Nonetheless, you should seek a formal evaluation if the pain is that severe and sooner rather than later. There isn't any way a doctor can reasonable diagnosis you without being able to understand your vital signs and physical examination.
