2 choices: Stop shaving or laser hair removal are the best choices. I have seen many topicals work so so and the above recommendations are more permanent resolution to your symptoms. See a dermatologist who has lasers avaiilable to treat your skin type and hair color.

In most: In most people razor bumps appear in the neck area. The hear in the neck if it's dark can be treated with laser hair removal laser, which should stop the problem. In some people using an electric razor is helpful as well.
