YES.: The contraceptive effect of depo lasts from 12-16 weeks and rapidly wears off after that. Often there is a delay of a month or so before regular cycles resume. Keep in mind also that, if you're sexually active, one reason you haven't had your period could be that you're already preggo! Do a pregnancy test. If it's negative,just give it another few weeks & your cycles will go back to normal.
