Foolish?: I am not sure what your red bumps are but if you pick these they could be come infected and could develop a cellulitis. I would see your doc and have him /her review what is ongoing. If the doc can treat it fine otherwise see a derm doc and have them tell you what it is and how treated appropriately. foolish if you home treat
