Sun skin damage: Best to have a skin lesion looked at by your family physician or a dermatologist and perhaps biopsied to rule out a dangerous lesion. It may very well have been a sunburn-induced blister with hyperpigmentation sun damage in the form of a freckle-like skin lesion. That is what often results after sunburn blisters form. UVA/UVB sunscreen for prevention next time would be excellent.

Not very concerned.: Doesn't sound serious. A blister can pop and leave a hyper pigmented scar that looks like a freckle. This will resolve with time. If it enlarges or bleeds see your doc.
