Alcohol and HTN: It is generally a bad idea to use alcohol with any drug, especially blood pressure medication as they can have an additive effect and drop the pressure too low. Alcohol use during pregnancy may cause harm to the babyl, as may use in breast feeding moms. Alcohol impairment may cause misjudgements in childcare.
