Fatty foods: Greasy and fatty foods slow down the emptying of the stomach causing indigestion,dyspepsia,bloating and nausea. I advise drinking flat ginger ale and eating a very light diet starting with unsalted saltine crackers and slowly advancing to other nongreasy foods. If you have frequent episodes of indigestion after eating fatty foods, have your gall bladder checked.
