A member asked:

Should i be concerned about out-toeing in a boy who just turned 4? could there be a more serious problem or will he outgrow it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Likely okay: Unless there are other symptoms that you have noticed, such as developmental delays or muscle weaknes/strange gait (walking unusually), then I would have to say that it is likely fine. The larger bones the leg, ad the tibia, rotates with development and can cause out toeing.
