Yes: Hair thinning or alopecia is a potential side effect of Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine). It is not very common, but it can happen. In one study of 5652 Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) users, 69 of them had hair loss. That is 1.23 percent. See eHealthMe.com
