Great Question : Talk to your doctor about the appropriate dose of Deplin for you. I did find a study where the dose used in the study went up to 90mg per day. I am NOT recommending this for you or suggesting that you try this. Please discuss your treatment dose with your doctor. Sometimes a higher daily dose is needed to achieve therapeutic benefit. There is no dose adjustment needed for renal or liver disease.
