See your OB: If the test is accurate, yes. One of the things the kidneys do is to filter out glucose and send it back to the blood stream. In non-diabetic people, sugar is not a normal finding in the urine, although it can happen occasionally. I would follow up with your doctor soon because elevated blood sugar during pregnancy can be a problem for you and your baby. Check blood pressure, too.
