Bell's Palsy?: Most common cause for this symptom in a 24yo is Bell's Palsy. The cause is not well known, but thought to be related to viral infection. You should make an appointment with you primary physician to rule out more serious conditions like stroke or tumor. Resolution usually takes a month. Be sure to use artificial tears if your eyes feel at all dry. Go to ER now if you have risk for early stroke.
