Yes: This combination is considered safe. Talk to your doctor about the risks, benefits and side effects of your medicine. The only drug interaction I found is that sertraline can reduce the effectiveness of the codeine in co codomol. Talk to your doctor before making any changes in your medicine. Hope this helps!
