? atopic dermatitis: Without seeing the rash, it's hard to tell for sure, but i would suggest you first try 1% hydrocortisone cream combined with a moisturizer like aveeno (oatmeal) or curel If not effective, would see your doctor or a skin specialist for definition of the rash and alternative treatment
