Hives: I'm wondering if you used a lubricant or had a lotion or something else on your hand that when it came in contact with your mucosal membranes caused the allergic reaction. It would be very unusual to have such a reaction due to orgasm. Next time make sure your hands are cleaned from all lotions, etc. If this continues see an allergist.

Additional thoughts: If these hives are very small ones (red) and you sweat a lot during the process, you may have a condition known as cholinergic urticaria which occurs during the cooling off period after a rise in core body temperature. Ir this orgasm occurs after sexual intercourse, consider allergy to seminal fluid usually with vaginal itching, pain, and/or swelling. Consider taking antihistamine 1-2 hrs prior.
