Yes. Can be. : Sorry to hear of your miscarriage. Miscarriages occurring up to 20% of all pregnancies. A woman's cycle may return after an early miscarriage at various times, from 3-8 weeks later. Yes, it can be just fine. Any fever or passage of large blood clots needs eval, though. Make sure to keep any follow up visits after your D&C.
