No: At least two of the normal physical responses to being sick cause the body to lose water. Rapid breathing causes loss of water vapor and increased blood flow to skin also causes evaporation. Furthermore, diarrhea causes significant loss as well. It is good to monitor her bathroom habits as reduced frequency of urination and dark color are signs of dehydration.
