Up to you: I'm thinking you mean a skin moisturizer. If the skin is dry from winter's drying heating I expect there's no difference from how you'd treat your face or hands, etc. Use a respected brand and read ingredients to avoid bad ones for you (allergy?). Moderation is always a good thing in my opinion. Best!
