does apple cider vinegar cause stomach or liver damage and what is it good for?

Not good for you to: There is no medicinal or nutritional values for vinegar. It is a flavoring juice to be used to cut down on using heavy dressings, so it is a means to cut calories. No immediate harm to stomach or liver if used in moderation.
