See your doctor : Anxiety attacks can occur due to a variety of causes. See your doctor for an evaluation. For instance, you could have a thyroid disorder. A condition called pheochromocytoma which is a tumor of the adrenal gland can cause an elevation of urinary catecholamines. This condition also causes anxiety along with other symptoms. See your doctor who can evaluate you and treat your condition. Best!
