See your doctor : Anxiety attacks can occur due to a variety of causes. See your doctor for an evaluation. For instance, you could have a thyroid disorder. A condition called pheochromocytoma which is a tumor of the adrenal gland can cause an elevation of urinary catecholamines. This condition also causes anxiety along with other symptoms.
