CrCl & GFR: GFR stands for Glomerular Filtration Rate which is a measure of the filtering function of your kidneys. Creatinine Clearance is one of the methods used to measure a person's GFR and it is often done by measuring the amount of creatinine in a 24 hr urine collection or can be estimated by using an equation called "Cockcroft-Gault" formula.
