How different are the results from a breathalyzer and a blood test?

Alcohol blood level: A blood alcohol test directly measures a person's blood alcohol content. A breathalyzer estimates blood alcohol concentration or content indirectly by measuring the amount of alcohol in one's breath. A blood alcohol test is more accurate.
