Risky: The pre-cum does have sperm that can impregnate the egg.

No sperm ???: Any fluids from an excited penis (pre-cum) do contain some sperm, not in the volume of the main load, but enough to establish pregnancy. The pull out method is not an effective means of birth control. Consider yourself potentially ready to conceive if it hasn't happened already.

No definite: The morning after pill (plan b) is 89% effective at under 72 hours, and 95% effective at 24 hours. There is no way to say for sure, though, without a pregnancy test if you miss your period (do it 7 days afterwards).

Half truth: The pre-cum does have sperm that can impregnate the egg. So you were absolutely right to take the morning after pill. Because you took it <72 hours after sex, your chance of pregnancy is low, but certainly not zero. You should talk to a provider about reliable contraception.

Probably not: But you raise a lot of red flags there. Birth-control should be taken seriously. The morning after pill is not a good option. The rhythm method and withdrawal are also useless.! i recommend you use a condom every time. If you are mature enough to start sexual activity you should be mature enough to do it responsibly. Stop playing games and talk to your family doctor about birth-control methods.
