Maybe: Parinaud's oculoglandular syndrome, or conjunctivitis with swollen lymph node between the back of the cheek and ear ("pre-auricular) and under the jawbone ("submandibular") has many causes, with Cat-scratch disease being the most common . Many others exists, but viral is not considered very common. Please get an evaluation by a Cornea and External disease specialist.
