I've had a cold and i put some vicks on my neck and i have a big red itchy rash there what is going on and how do i treat it?

Contact Dermatitis: The Vicks could have caused a contact dermatitis whcih is a condition caused by direct skin exposure to a substance. The reaction can either be irritant induced or allergic in nature. Topical corticosteroid creams can provide relief. I would avoid this product in the future given your response and see an Allergist for more details if you are concerned.

Rash with vicks: presumably you have an allergy to a component of vicks and should just not use it any more.
