Yeast infection?: Doxycycline (Doxycyl®) can trigger yeast infections by suppressing normal bacteria and allowing yeast to grow and your symptoms are typical (except I don't know about the "little things sticking out"). See the doctor who prescribed the treatment. I hope you also were checked for STDs, especially gonorrhea and chlamydia, the main causes of cervicitis or "cervical infection".
