Probably not: You should see your doctor. It is most likely that if you did the pregnancy tests as per instructions then with 4 negative tests you are not pregnant. At your age the combination of a missed period and cramping pain may be of little importance, but one can't know that without a proper evaluation, so see your gyn physician.
