No: There is no way for a person to reach that type of conclusion from an examination of an adult.

No. Not possible. : No. The vagina and surrounding tissue is capable of great healing and recovery from traumatic changes. It's always important to get your physical exam and Gynecologic exam done to make sure as is well. It is impossible to detect vaginal trauma remote from the event.
