Poss BC pills: If you are taking an estrogen containing oral contraceptive pills (OCPs), it is not uncommon to develop breast swelling and/or tenderness. If it persists > 3mos, ask ur dr to lower the estrogen dose of your OCPs. Metalic taste could be due to OCPs, though not as common a side effect.
