Maybe serious see MD: The combination of these pains plus fever is worrisome for internal infection that might need antibiotics and maybe surgery. Very difficult to say anything more. Pelvic inflammatory disease, infected ovarian cyst, kidney infection, cholecystitis (gall bladder), and any number of others. Best case might be minor musculoskeletal problem (muscle strain?) plus a cold to explain fever. See doctor ASAP.
