Need exam: You should definitely have your doctor take a look down there and see if he or she can identify a cause for the pain because that is not normal. It could be an infection of the skin in the area like a yeast infection of the outer skin or one of many other causes or of the urinary tract, vagina or even rectum, but you need to have it looked at to be sure. Infection: you have some type if infection or perhaps even a pinched nerve causing this pain. Time to go see your FP or GYN to get the workup started. If it is a nerve you may end up getting an MRI and seeing a neurosurgeon. Do not delay being seen.
