Hard to follow: I must apologize, your story is a little difficult to follow. Your last period was Jan 21 and then you had assumingly unprotected sex after that but then you said you bled after that- was that a few days, or a full week, or what?? Knowing exactly when and how long you bled and in relation to the sex then would be quite helpful. You can repeat the pregnancy test in a week or two to be sure.
