Take it with fat in: diet like good fats: olive oil, coconut oil, avocado, nuts, etc. It's better absorbed as a fat soluble vitamin. Best sun absorption time is 10-2, but also has the most UV rays. Plus, you have to expose over 1/2 your body to absorb it, not have dark tan or be dark skinned or your melanin prevents much absorption, obesity does too as it depots in fat.Sunny weather area is best.Know your level first!
