i always have really bad periody cramps that last 3/4 weeks in a month.and mid cycle get really bloated and the pains the worst then ! 22yr old female?

Time for a visit: Your problem is a common one and was one of the original reasons for the hormone research behind the pill. Early on the pill was studied to benefit women like you, later its effect on the birth rate became its main use. See your doc or get referred to an OBGYN specialist who can explain your options. There are some non-hormonal treatments that may help, but there is help out there.
