Lesions before nodes: In initial herpes, inlfamed lymph nodes almost always follow the blisters/sores, not before. Otherwise, I don't understand the sequence. Swollen nodes appeared a week after lesions, but 3 days after sex? If so, I hope sex was with the partner from whom you acquired herpes, not a new partner! I also hope you're under medical care and on treatment with acyclovir or valacyclovir. Good luck!
