Husbands ultrasound keeps finding renal calculi in both kidneys. he has no symptoms though.he drinks lot water daily and lemon but still gets stones??

Get 24 hour urine: If your husband has had issues with stones then he should undergo a metabolic evaluation including blood tests and also a 24 hour urine collection to determine his stone risk factors so that prevention can be optimized. He also may need additional imaging as ultrasound does not provide as high a resolution to accurately size stones and pinpoint locations. See your urologist
