Thermal CLA Pills: The thermal cla pill has been associated with Insulin resistance and hence a risk of diabetes, which one would want to avoid in pregnancy, because of the risk of developing gestational diabetes which can not only affect the fetus but possibly result in the development of post- gestational diabetes. If there is any chance that you might be pregnant, it would be best to avoid the cla pill.
