Lactose free cheese: It would be better to inquire about pizza made with lactose free cheese than trying to take so many pills, which may not be effective anyway.

Hi there, a couple of general questions. 1. Is it safe to take those Lactaid pills before having foods with lactose even if someone is not lactose intolerant? I am not sure I am or not, sometimes I get a little bloated, but feel fine?
Im lactose intolerant&love dairy foods. I dont use Lactaid pills before I eat these foods&I often have to use the bathroom multiple times. Is this generally unhealthy for my body? Or is having to poop a lot just the price I have to pay for eating?
