No: You're not going to get HIV this way. Herpes simplex is passed by direct contact and it's not clear whether sharing a beverage is risky in the slightest. Plus... you swallowed somebody else's dehisced scab in a beverage? I don't think so. Life's a matter of balancing realistic fears and the need to enjoy yourself. I wouldn't be worried. Glad you got to spend time with friends.
