Pregnant?: At 17, your fiancee is not much more than a child herself. Having a baby at such an early age is a big challengeIf you and she are trying to get pregnant, having regular unprotected throughout her cycle is the way to do it. The intercourse on the 24th was probably during her fertile period. The subsequent spotting early February could be implantation bleeding. She needs to get a pregnancy test

Pregnancy?: Your question ran out at the end, but I imagine you are wondering if she could be pregnant. Possibly. She should check a pregnancy test. And please stop having unprotected sex until you wish to conceive. If she is trying to become pregnant, of course, then this is the way to go about it.

Unprotected: get a pregnancy test and use condoms PLUS spermicidal jeloly, foam, sponge or get her to see her GYN for BC pills.
