Testing...: You can get a pregnancy test as soon as 7 days after intercourse. If negative, some pregnancy tests don't come back positive after a longer period of time, so if you are very suspicious then it should be repeated. As an alternative wait until your next period and if absent or abnormal then you get the test done.
