Can allergies cause headaches? what can i do about the headaches?

Yes: If the nasal turbinate is swollen enough to press on the nasal septum (the wall dividing the two sides of the nose), you may get headaches (contact headaches). Nasal congestion has also been reported to trigger migraines as well . In fact, I have seen many patients' migraine improved after adequate control of their nasal congestion although there have been only few publications showing this link
