Normal: Normal uterine size varies quite a bit from one woman to another, and also changes during a woman's life depending upon age and child bearing status. Reports of average uterine size also varies depending upon the population studied. The measurements you provide are within the range of normal. The thickness of the endometrium changes continuously in women of childbearing age, varies between 4-10 mm.
