Nausea : Nausea after eating or drinking may be associated with problem in the stomach as GERD, gastric ulcer, gastritis or bulimia. My advice is to eat small frequent meals and eat slowly, drink between meals rather than during meals, rest after eating with head elevation and avoid spicy food. If nausea associated with headache, abdominal pain or diarrhea, consult your doctor.
