STD: Chlamydia infection is ONLY transited by an infected sex partner. There is no other way to acquire it. Have an open discussion with your partner. Someone of the two has introduced this infection into the relationship. It is successfully treated by medications. Do not have unprotected ted sex with your partner until both of you are treated. Sorry for the bad news.
