Not necessarily: How recent are the medications isotretinoin and Lexapro (escitalopram)? Isotretinoin can affect the liver and possibly cause elevation of liver enzymes so I'd want to know about those. Also, Lexapro (escitalopram) itself can cause tremors and in some cases twitching so if the Lexapro (escitalopram) is within the past few months it may be worth stopping to see if the twitching goes away.
