Adverse reaction: Valium can cause menstrual irregularities . If it returns to normal when you stop Valium then it should be fine. If it persists you would need a transvaginal ultrasound to rule out fibroids or adenomyosis . Also labs need to be checked including thyroid and clotting tests. Also avoid Asprin and NSAIDs
